I love shopping at The Flower Bowl! All the budtenders take their time to make sure you're getting something you'll actually enjoy. The deals are always worth the trip and I appreciate that they carry good quality brands instead of focusing on cheap and fast service. There's always a new deal or bundle going on so it's nice to be able to try different things without the hassle of paying full price on something I might not like. I follow them on Weedmaps and Instagram to check on the newest deals and there's always something that interests me. Overall great store and experience. With the area being overcrowded with different shops, it's nice to find somewhere that doesn't try to push you or rush you. 10/10 experience every time. ~ Charlene R

The place was easy to find and easily accessible parking. It was a clean environment. The staff are very welcoming and inviting. They look to get you the product you are looking for. The product is fresh and great!! The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The lady I had was the best bud tender I have ever had. I explained what I wanted in taste, and she found me the perfect product. She was fun, outgoing, and super friendly. We drove 2 hours to find a great spot to keep going back to. Hands down the BEST dispensary experience we’ve ever had! My hubby and I actually drive in from Chicago just to come here—it’s that worth it. The manager, Josh, and his entire staff treat us like absolute rock stars every single time. They’re not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly knowledgeable, making sure we leave with exactly what we need. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in, and the customer service is consistently top-notch. This place has set the bar so high that nothing else compares. I have been to the inkster location previously but made a stop in the New Buffalo location for the first time yesterday and I loved the place – looks good, super chill vibe. Everyone was nice, but Kaz was seriously the MVP. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to edibles and concentrates, and she was incredibly patient through my roughly $300 order and explained everything. She helped me find exactly what I needed based on the effects I wanted and answered all my questions without making me feel awkward. Made the whole thing easy. Today I made a small order online at a newer dispensary in the New Buffalo area. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a warm welcomed vibe happening here. The receptionist was very quick and professional in signing me in and getting me into the budroom. Small, quaint and bright, the room brought a charming atmosphere and was fully stocked with many quality choices to decide from. The best part of my experience was Perkins!! What an amazing budtender! She was amazing, super sweet and knew her products, especially concentrates which is what I came in for. I ended up changing my online order completely onsite and there were no hiccups or issues. The upgraded product was an excellent selection from my budtender! Ive been here twice now, we had never been to a dispensary and we drive about 5 hrs to get there, let me tell ya this place is fantastic and ive had the same budtender both times and im horrible with names but she has glasses and has had pig tails both times ive seen her and she is absolutely fantastic. So very helpful, all the staff is but we adore her. Huge variety (overwhelming at first as someone new lol) but just a fantastic place. I have been waiting for this place to Open for months and NOW THEY ARE OPEN . No more billboards, talking about good products and no store to get it at.. my first visit today was extremely pleasant. I enjoyed it very much my bud Tinder Mike was a great guy knowledgeable very attentive. The products we purchased are as advertised quality product. I am happy with all the products I got pre-rolls and bulk flower and the 50 % off was a true delight. Got a House ounce of guava jelly that is very very nice for $58 out the door ~ Anthony R

Stumble onto this place on my way up to my aunts. Place doesn't look like much but its always clean. Quieter then some of the larger shops, but thats absolutely a good thing. They've got all the major brands popular across the midwest comparable prices, and even their low tier buds are fantastic. Out of all the border shops this one has been consistently on the stop list for several vacations. Been helps by several different staff members and they're all great. ~ Anthony P

This was the best experience I’ve ever felt energetically ever! The hospitality here is unmatched!! From the parking lot the gentleman helped me so much and immediately guided me inside. It was awesome visit. The owners main guy had waited on my wife and I, and it being our first time there he showered us with all kind of free samples of a number of different things. He was very energetic, and polite. I actually felt better when I left then when I had walked in, and it was how he treated us. So uplifting there. I went in to this dispensary to see what it was like with a couple friends. I don’t smoke or use cannabis myself but the store was very clean and organized. The service was exceptional and outstanding. Markus helped us out and educated us about the different strains and products.
